EVENT TRANSFERS
Transfer Overview
All requests to transfer a Spice Bazaar booking will incur a $25 administration fee, where a transfer is permitted under these terms and conditions of this Policy. This fee is applicable to each booking and must be paid prior to booking transfer.
Booking transfers are not guaranteed and can only be confirmed if the new session has availability, transfer payment and any additional fee is received.
Spice Bazaar Bookings can be transferred to another person, but Spice Bazaar must be notified of new customer details via email or writing before the event.
All Transfer requests must be in writing or email and received by Spice Bazaar within the designated periods below and a transfer is only finalised if approved by spice bazaar in writing.
Transfers more than 14 days
If you wish to change your booking more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event we are happy to transfer your booking to a event on another date on the current schedule with availability. If additional funds are required for the requrested event, then payment of the difference must be received before the booking can be transfered. Please note that refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Bookings cannot be left in limbo and must always be assigned to an event. Unless all the terms and conditions of transfer are met, a booking remains in its current state.
Transfers within 14 days
If your request is made within 14 days before the scheduled booking, we are unable to reschedule your booking. You are more than welcome to give your place to someone else, but you must send us an email and let us know the new name for the booking.
Spice Bazaar bookings are not refundable.
Spice Bazaar reserves the right to postpone a event if the minimum number of bookings required is not reached. In this instance the customer will be offered the option of rescheduling, with no penalty, another event of equal value with available spaces.
We hope you appreciate that Spice Bazaar is a small business with high operating costs. As such, cancellations made on short notice are difficult to re-sell and therefore incur costs to the business. We have a fair but stringent booking amendment policy.
OLD GIFT VOUCHER : POLICY
Gift vouchers are no longer available for purchase.
Old Gift Vouchers were are issued online (emailed to the address entered as “recipient”.) All vouchers purchased after 1st November 2019 are valid for 3 years. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Gift vouchers that have expired cannot be redeemed. Bookings for an event need to be completed while the voucher is valid.
Please Note that purchasing of Gift Certificates is no longer possible. For Gifts, book classes or Food Tours directly for your recipient. Such bookings are subject to Spice Bazaar Policy

We hope that you will enjoy your new purchase, If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us in the first instance. It is necessary to e-mail or call us prior shipping back for authorization & to check with us for the most efficient way of your return, and proper return procedure.
We don't accept returns sent without prior authorization. Ensure you call us.
Most items are handmade. Sizes, tones and colors will always vary. All merchandise is approximated to actual size and color.

SPICE BAZAAR MAIL ORDER POLICY
Every item we sell has been hand-made, some using simple tools. Naturally, there may be some slight variation between pieces. As a result, the item you receive may be slightly different than that pictured. In the case of ceramics and other non-food items, these subtle differences only enhance the beauty and value of each piece, ensuring your purchase is truly one of a kind. If you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to email us. If you require protection from transit damage, then spicebazaar suggest you take out insurance on your purchase. Spice bazaar idemnifies itself from any claims for damages caused during transit and cannot be held responsible for product or financial loss or damage.
Spice Bazaar suggests you keep the packaging for inspection in case an insurance claim against your policy needs to be opened with the shipping company. Feel free to report damages or loss goods in writing to Spice Bazaar who may be able to assist your insurer with deliver details.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES INCLUDING BOOKS, CERAMICS
All orders shipped in the continent of Australia are generally shipped via Australia Post. Pack and Shipping time takes on average of 2 to 10 business days after confirmed receipt of payment and if stock is available, although it can be longer in some circumstances. Purchases of Books, Ceramics and non event based products do not include postage.
